Payment is made by credit card via the secure online payment interface of our payment service provider. the accepted means of payment are the following: visa, mastercard, american express and apple pay.
• How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping in France and Europe. For other countries, we offer worldwide standard shipping on orders above 1000€. For express shipping in France and Europe or orders below 1000€ shipped to other countries, the delivery costs of the items will be charged to the customer, and their amount is calculated according to the place of delivery, according to the following:

• Are custom duties included in the price?
No. Customs, taxes and bank charges required according to the applicable local regulations of the country of delivery remain the responsibility of the customer and will be paid directly by the customer to the local authorities in charge.
• Is it possible to cancel or change my order?
If there is an error in the shipping/delivery information, or if you want to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible by e-mail at sales@maisonrabihkayrouz.com. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will be able to cancel it. If the parcel has been shipped, you’ll have to proceed with a return.
• What can I do if my payment was not processed?
Please contact your bank or card issuer if there is a problem with your payment.
• How do I return my purchase?
You can return an unused item within a maximum period of twenty-one (21) days from the item’s delivery date. Please contact our Customer Service at sales@maisonrabihkayrouz.com detailing your order number and which item you’d like to return. Our team will send you a return label and instructions on how to proceed with the shipment.
• Will shipping costs be refunded as well?
No, shipping costs can’t be refunded.
• I paid custom duties on an order I wish to return. Will these costs be refunded as well?
No. Unfortunately we aren’t able to refund fees that were paid to the local authorities in charge.
• I requested a return, but I changed my mind and would like to keep the item. Is this a possibility?
Yes. Please contact our Customer Service at sales@maisonrabihkayrouz.com to inform our team that you will like to keep the item and cancel the return.
• I removed the label from an item while trying it on. Can I still ask for a refund?
No. According to our terms & conditions, items can only be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, allowing them to be put back on sale, unused and accompanied by the labels and all the labels and the delivery note attached to the items delivered.
• My package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. How should I proceed?

• How can I see my invoice?
For orders shipped outside of the EU, you will receive your invoice with your parcel. For orders shipped to the EU, please contact our Customer Service at sales@maisonrabihkayrouz.com and we’ll be happy to send you your invoice.
